SCL is awarded an EU Center of Excellence in the call for the Western Balkan region. The lab gets top score among all R&D centers in the region.
Out of ten centers of excellence in the West Balkans Serbia gets eight. Six of these are in physics. Four of these, SCL among them, are part of the Institute of Physics in Belgrade.
