SCL at DPG11

SCL's students Ivana Vidanovic and Milan Zezelj took part in the 2011 DPG Spring Meeting held from 13 to 18 March 2011 in Dresden, Germany. The meeting covered the Condensed Matter Section and the Atomic, Molecular, Plasma and Quantum Optics Section.

Ivana presented results obtained within NAD-BEC collaboration Nonlinear BEC Dynamics Induced by a Harmonic Modulation of the s-wave Scattering Length in the Q57 session of the Quantum Optics and Photonics Division on March, 17, 2011.

Milan presented his latest results on Resistance in percolating quasi 1D and 2D networks of nanofibers in the DY40 section of the Dynamics and Statistical Physics Division.  In addition, he also presented results on Influence of interface roughness on relaxation rates and optical gain in a quantum cascade laser in the HL85 section of the Semiconductor Physics Division.
