SCL's Antun Balaz visited Free University of Berlin from 13 to 18 June 2011, as a part of activities of the NAD-BEC bilateral project. During this visit, he discussed ongoing and planned research activities with his host Axel Pelster. This included work on geometric resonances and forthcomming visit of Dr. Pelster's PhD student Hamid Al-Jibbouri to SCL, as well as 6-week visits of Carolin Wille and Christian Fräsdorf, which will be realized during August and first half of September.

This visit coincided with a significant event for German host group: Prof. Hagen Kleinert turned 70th birthday on 15 June, and to celabrate this occasion a garden party was organized at his home. As a part of the birthday present, his Wikipedia page was translated to several South Slavic languages.
