SCL's Vladimir Slavnic and Nenad Vukmirovic participated in PRACE-2IP face to face meeting, which lasted from 11-13 June 2012 at Maison de la Simulation, CEA Saclay, France. The meeting was a part of the PRACE-2IP project Work package 8, devoted to scaling of commonly used scientific community computational codes.

Vladimir Slavnic participated in the session devote to the work on Climate codes, where he presented the work on "A resiliency strategy for NEMO Ocean Model" done in collaboration with Eric Maisonnave from CERFACS. Nenad Vukmirovic participated in the Materials science session and Quantum Espresso face to face meeting. His work on parallelization of the EPW add-on to Quantum Espresso was presented as a part of the general Quantum Espresso progress presentation by Fabio Affinito from CINECA.
