Milica Milovanović Research Professor PhD 1996, Yale University milica [dot] milovanovic [at] scl [dot] rs
The research of Milica Milovanović concerns strongly correlated, low-dimensional condensed matter systems. These include, fractional quantum Hall systems with additional degrees of freedom like quantum Hall bi-layers. The non-Abelian structures of fractional quantum Hall systems and other strongly correlated (spin) systems seem a promising ground for construction of quantum computational devices. She studies these systems applying the methods of low-dimensional quantum field theories.
