SCL members played an active role this year in the organization of all levels of high school physics competitions in Serbia. The final round of the competitions, Serbian Physics Olympiad, took place in Novi Sad on 18-19 May 2013. The team of five high school students that will represent Serbia at International Physics Olympiad was selected at Serbian Physics Olympiad.

Vladimir Veljic was the author of problems for 3rd grade which were reviewed by Antun Balaz, while Nenad Vukmirovic was the author of problems for 4th grade which were reviewed by Darko Tanaskovic. Vladimir Veljic, Antun Balaz, Nenad Vukmirovic, Jaksa Vucicevic, Milos Radonjic and Marko Mladenovic were marking the tests at the National competition, while Nenad Vukmirovic, Vladimir Veljic and Antun Balaz were marking the tests at Serbian Physics Olympiad. Nenad Vukmirovic will be one of the team leaders of the Serbian team at The 44th International Physics Olympiad that will be held in Copenhagen from 7-15 July 2013.
