SCL's new member Prof. Nikola Buric gave a seminar on the "Dynamics of information systems with noise and delays".

Abstract of the talk:

The problems posed by information processing in very different systems can be solved in the same mathematical methods. The dynamics of realistic neural systems and control of quantum systems are two examples of problems where the dynamic systems modeling of stochastic equations with delay and important problems are solved by analyzing the stability and bifurcation. In this seminar we will describe some results of applying these methods in analyzing these problems.
