SCL gives a talk at fourth Festival of Science
Prof. Aleksandar Bogojevic gave a popular science talk on the opening day of the fourth Festival of Science. The talk dealt with the sources of human creativity, and one way in which one might attempt the task of modeling this important phenomenon. The model was contrasted to several well-known "explosions" of human creativity both in art and in science (e.g. the Renaissance of painting, sculpture and architecture that happened in 15th century Florence; the unbroken mentor-student geneology in mathematics and physics stretching over 13 generations and 350 years from Leibnitz to Feynman).
Before the talk Prof. Bogojevic gave a brief TV interview to RTS1 the Serbian National Broadcasting Company.
